Exchange and Return Policy
At Deedimart, we value your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer simple and transparent exchange and return options to make your shopping experience worry-free.
1. Conditions for Exchange or Return
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
A return or exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request. The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The unboxing process
The issue or defect with the product
Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Certain items (listed below) are non-returnable.
2. Steps to Exchange or Return a Product
Step 1: Initiate the Request
Log in to your Deedimart account.
Go to Order History and select the item you wish to exchange or return.
Click on Request Exchange/Return and upload your unboxing video, along with a reason for the return.
Step 2: Approval and Pickup
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
For eligible items, Shiprocket will arrange a free pickup from your address.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive the returned product and complete the inspection:
For exchanges, a replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
For refunds, we will process it to your original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
Electronic products.
Personal care and hygiene products once opened.
Customized or made-to-order items.
Items without original packaging or tags.
