First, check your tracking information from the Order Tracking Page. If there's no update or it's delayed, contact our support team and we'll help resolve it quickly.
If the contents of the parcel are suspicious to customs officers (for example, many identical goods), it may be further checked.
If you're experiencing an extended delay and no resolution, please contact us directly. We’ll do everything we can to escalate and resolve the issue fast.

Delivery time usually ranges between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order in your Deedimart account → My Orders section.
Yes, we deliver across India to most PIN codes. We also partner with top courier companies for reliable delivery
Shipping is free on most products. However, certain remote areas or heavy products may carry a small delivery fee, which will be visible at checkout
Currently, scheduled delivery is not available. However, our delivery partners will attempt delivery during regular business hours.

We offer a 7-day return window on most products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted for:
Personal care or hygiene products
Items marked as "Non-returnable"
Products damaged due to misuse
Products without original packaging or accessories
Log in to your Deedimart account → My Orders → Select the order → Click on Request Return. Follow the instructions to complete your request.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Yes, if the product is eligible for exchange, you'll see the "Exchange" option in your order dashboard. Exchanges depend on availability.
